Returns & Refunds
1. All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the risk of degradation once they leave our controlled environment, all sales are final. We do not accept general returns or exchanges.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3. Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by emailing support. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Timing
Approved refunds for unshipped or seller-error orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after approval.
