Every compound is synthesized under documented cGMP-aligned controls, lyophilized, sealed under sterile conditions, and lot-numbered at the moment of fill.
Step 01
Solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) in a cGMP-aligned facility. Documented batch records per run.
Step 02
Crude product run on HPLC + M/S before purification. Failed crudes are discarded — never blended forward.
Step 03
Preparative HPLC purification, lyophilized to a sterile white powder. Stored at 2–8°C until fill.
Step 04
Filled into sealed vials under controlled conditions. Lot number, fill date, and amount stamped at fill.
Step 05
Final HPLC + M/S re-test of filled vial. Signed COA generated. Lot released to inventory only after sign-off.
